A : We cycle on extremely quiet and safe roads. Crime does not affect us at all.

A : We try to design the route according to your fitness. A back up vehicle will always be close to assist you if you are in trouble.

A : In the very unlikely event of you needing medical assistance, yes, it would be advisable to have insurance . You will unfortunately, be personally liable for costs. We will do our utmost best to prevent you from ever needing insurance!
